Refund & Return Policy
At MangaMart, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, which is why we offer customers a 30-day return policy. You can return any item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your item. You can also cancel any order that has not been shipped anytime.
Cancel Order & Receive Refund
Your order must not have been shipped to be eligible for an order cancellation. You cannot cancel an order that has been sent and must do a return instead.

Return Item & Receive Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no damages, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to email support@MangaMart.com

- Reason for return
- Item(s) you are returning
If your return is accepted, a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please note while we will provide a return label for most cases, there are some incidents where the customer must purchase the return label.
We do NOT provide return labels for customers outside of the contiguous United States. We do NOT provide return labels for products that are sold at 30% or higher discount.
Once your return label, is received:
- Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely.
- Enclose a copy of your packing slip.
- Attach the label that we emailed to you and ship the package.
- We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved within two business days.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the items returned to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will only receive refund for the item your return and any sales tax or service fee you paid on those item. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you purchase a box set you must open your box set and inspect the mangas inside within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that unless you purchases the extra protection shipping or insurance we do not considered minor dents to the box set itself as damage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
