Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Your order must not have been shipped to be eligible for an order cancellation. You cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped!

To start an order cancellation, you need to email support@MangaMart.com

• Subject: Cancel order
• Body of email
  • Order ID number 
  • Reason for cancellation 

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

We do not offer returns under any circumstances! All sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped!

Damages

For any items believed to have been damaged in transit, please submit a claim through the tracking page if you purchased insurance. You can also submit a claim through the link that was sent at the time of insurance purchase. We do not accept returns for damaged items.

Please note that insurance companies do not consider common manufacturing defects as damage. These defects include, but are not limited to:

• minor dents to the cover and/or spine
• tiny tears near the top or bottom of the spine
• small crimps and/or creases to the cover or pages
