Order Cancellation

Your order must not have been shipped to be eligible for an order cancellation. You cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped!

To start an order cancellation, you need to email support@MangaMart.com

  • Subject: Cancel order
  • Body of email
    • Order ID number 
    • Reason for cancellation 

If your order is canceled at your request, you will receive a full refund in store credit. If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment method, a 5% cancellation & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Returns

We do not offer returns under any circumstances! All sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped!

 

Damages

For any items believed to have been damaged in transit, please submit a claim through the tracking page if you purchased insurance. You can also submit a claim through the link that was sent at the time of insurance purchase. We do not accept returns nor offer refund for damaged items. YOU MUST PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR ORDER FOR DAMAGES!

 

The insurance company do not consider common manufacturing defects as damage. These defects include, but are not limited to:

  • minor dents to the cover and/or spine
  • tiny tears near the top or bottom of the spine
  • small crimps and/or creases to the cover or pages


If you purchased insurance and suspect your items may be damaged, please take photos of your package before opening it. Ensure you have pictures of the exterior and interior of the shipment box, as well as clear images of the damaged item, before submitting your claim. Please be advised that a 3rd-party insurance company provides insurance, and we can only help you file the claim; we have no control over the process itself.
