My Order
Yes, we are able to change your shipping address if your order has NOT been shipped. If your order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
To request change of delivery address please email us at support@MangaMart.com with the same email you used to place your order.
Yes, if your order has NOT been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, but you can do a return.
To request cancellation of an order please email us at support@MangaMart.com with the same email you used to place your order. Be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for cancellation in your message.
Yes, you will receive a 100% refund
First, please note that we do not ship out orders during weekends or federal holidays. The only other reason your order takes more than 48 hours to ship is that it contains an item that is pre-order or back-ordered.
We do not make split shipments, so your order will only be shipped once the pre-order or back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse. If you wish to remove pre-order or back-ordered items from your order, please email support@MangaMart.com, and we will be more than happy to do so.

Yes, if your order gets canceled for any reason we will credit back the cost to your original form of payment right away. Depending on the bank or credit card, you’ll typically see it in 5–7 business days.
We apologize for any trouble with your order. If the order is declared "Lost in transit" and has not delivered past 14 business days of shipment, please email support@MangaMart.com
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
All publishers except for Yen Press: You must order at least two weeks before the release date to get your pre-order volume shipped on or before the release date.
Yen Press: You must order at least one month before the release date to get your pre-order volume shipped on or before the release date.
The earlier you pre-order, the more likely we can time it so you get your order delivered to you on the release date.
Yes, all pre-order volumes are discounted 25% off the retail price.

You will receive all the volumes together whenever the last pre-order volumes come out. If you would like to receive each volume as it comes out, you will need to place separate orders.
Yes, please email us at support@MangaMart.com with all titles on backorder you want to get an ETA of.
Please note that with some titles on backorder, we are able to ship out as fast as five business days, and some titles will take few weeks for us to ship out.
How long a back-order title will take to get fulfilled is unique to each volume. Even volumes of the same series have different fulfillment times.

Back-Order: Items cannot be fulfilled now as we do not have any copies at our warehouse. However, more copies from the publisher are scheduled to arrive. While for most titles, we do not know when we will receive copies, but the publisher guarantees us that we will indeed receive copies of the title. Therefore, we allow customers to place an order on items that are back-ordered and ship out the items as soon as they get to our warehouse.
Out of Stock: We no longer have any copies at our warehouse, and we do not plan to get more copies from the publisher. Since we do not have any copies of the item, nor do we have a guarantee by the publisher to get more copies, we do not allow customers to place orders on items that are out of stock.

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped you can cancel anytime for any reason and get a full refund.
Shipping
MangaMart.com ships to all 50 states in the US. Only U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses are eligible for overseas delivery.
We're sorry, but we do not ship orders nor takes payments with addresses outside the United States currently. However, we are actively working on expanding our operations worldwide.
We do not split shipments by default. Therefore your order will only ship once every item is packed and ready. This means if your orders contain a pre-order or back-ordered item, we will not ship out your order until the pre-order or back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse.
If you want to purchase a mix of an in-stock item and a pre-order or back-ordered item, we recommend placing two different orders if you wish to get the in-stock item quickly.

All orders of two or less volumes are shipped in bubble mailers unless you select "Boxed Economy." Orders containing three or more volumes are shipped in boxes.
Orders of two or fewer volumes are shipped in a bubble mailer, but if you want your volumes to be shipped in a box, we offer Boxed Economy for slightly bit more than economy shipping.
The Extra Protection Packaging service is offered when you purchase box sets. If you select the Extra Protection Packaging shipping, your box set will be double-boxed or packed using a box double the thickness of a standard shipping box.
We currently work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Returns
The return period is 30 days from when you receive the item. For example, if the carrier has marked they delivered your order on June 1st, you have until June 30th to request a return.
Anything you order from us is eligible for return if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no damages, and in its original packaging.
Yes, but you must contact us at support@MangaMart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) in your initial email to speed up the process.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened items as they would be considered used.
Yes, we do for most cases for customer located in the contiguous United States. However, there are some rare incidents where the customer must purchase the return label.
We do NOT provide return labels for customers outside the contiguous United States. We do NOT provide return labels for products that are sold at 30% or higher discount.
Once we've received your item, inspecting them may take up to two business days. After inspection, if the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Yes, currently, we only sell titles in English.
Yes, we only sell new copies. All box sets are also factory-sealed.

In addition to processing times for In-Stock items, shipping timeframes range from 24 hours to two to four weeks for special order items.
Pre-Orders allow you to place an order for an item before the publisher has released it. The publisher is responsible for determining the item's release date and has the authority to change the release date. If a release date is changed, that new release date will be reflected on MangaMart.com once we are notified.
Items listed as Back-Order cannot be fulfilled now as we do not have any copies at our warehouse. However, more copies from the publisher are scheduled to arrive. We will ship out back-ordered items as soon as they get to our warehouse.
Items are deemed as Out of Stock when we no longer have any copies at our warehouse, and we are not scheduled to receive more copies from the publisher.
We inspect every shipment of volumes we receive for shipping damages and noteworthy external printing issues. If a title in your order does not meet our expectations, we will acquire a better copy, which might delay your order.
We will always try to get our hands on the best possible prints for our customers, but there is very little we can do about common manufacturing defects. These defects include, but are not limited to:
- minor dents to the cover and/or spine
- tiny tears near the top or bottom of the spine
- small crimps and/or creases to the cover or pages
- dust, smudging, and/or yellowing from long-term warehouse storage
Unfortunately, we can not allow multi-forms of payment for online orders.
No, if you are unsatisfied with the items you received, you must return them and then place a new order to receive a new copy.
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to Texas (TX).
