Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accepting, or using a MangaMart Digital Gift Card ("Gift Card"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Non-Refundable & Final Sale

All Gift Card purchases are final. Once a unique Gift Card code has been generated and emailed to the purchaser or designated recipient, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We are unable to provide refunds for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without your permission.

2. Redemption & Usage

  • Gift Cards are redeemable solely for goods and services at MangaMart (online).

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

  • Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

  • If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method.

3. No Cash Value

Except as required by applicable law, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, check, or credit. They cannot be applied as payment to any credit card account.

4. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient.

  • MangaMart is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

  • Treat your Gift Card code like cash.

5. Fraud

MangaMart reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases. We reserve the right to cancel issued Gift Cards if we suspect the funds were obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Expiration and Fees

  • No Expiration: MangaMart Gift Cards do not expire.

  • No Fees: There are no inactivity, dormancy, or service fees associated with our Gift Cards. 

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, MANGAMART MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating in any way to your MangaMart Gift Card shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts located in Harris, Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
